Jesus Faith and Teaching Ministry – Sunday Service Reflection
During this Sunday’s service, Prophet Peter Omari led by example in a powerful act of love and obedience to God’s Word by donating to the widows in the church. With compassion and conviction, he reminded the congregation that true Christianity is not just about hearing the Word—but living it.
“This is the best way to go to Heaven,” Prophet Peter said, “To be a true Christian, you must practice what Christ taught us—to care for others, especially those in need.”
His words were backed by scripture, emphasizing the importance of giving to the vulnerable, especially widows and orphans, as seen throughout the Bible:
– “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress…” — James 1:27
– “He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow…” — Deuteronomy 10:18
– “Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.” — Isaiah 1:17
– “Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need.” — 1 Timothy 5:3

In his sermon, the Prophet also called on everyone to reflect on salvation, urging the church to live with eternity in view. He read from Psalm 24:1–7, reminding us:
“The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof…”
“Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? He that hath clean hands and a pure heart…”
He concluded with a passionate appeal:
“Let every soul think of their salvation. Christ is coming again.”
May we all be challenged to live out our faith, help those in need, and prepare our hearts for the return of the King of Glory.
